A non- refundable booking fee of £100 is required when booking your procedure. The booking fee is transferable only once and at least 72 hours notice must be given. The booking fee will be deducted from your final bill which is due on the day of your first appointment and must be paid in full. Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer. Payment must be cleared before procedure takes place. Cancellations/booking fees are non-refundable. No shows and late cancellations within 72 hours, will result in the loss of your booking fee and Nina Parkes Permanent Makeup has the right not to accept you as a client for future bookings.

If you decide not to go ahead with the procedure on the day a percentage of the cost will be taken depending on the time spent with you on your appointment.

If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue regarding the procedure, then the non refundable booking fee will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled.

Nina Parkes Permanent Makeup has the right to reschedule your appointment and booking fees will be carried over to your next booked appointment.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as this can affect other bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Nina Parkes Permanent Makeup reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your non -refundable booking fee will be forfeited.

6 week retouch appointments are scheduled after your first appointment. The terms and conditions above also apply to this appointment otherwise you may have to pay an additional charge.

Rates are subject to change without notice. This will not affect your booked appointment if secured with a non – refundable booking fee.
Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 72 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 72 hour notice I’m often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to me the therapist and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. I also reserve the right to request payment up front to book future appointments.
All appointments will require a non refundable booking fee to secure and can only be rescheduled once if given at least 72 hours notice.
I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency or illness, will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
I request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, I ask that you call to inform me if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times I cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return I will do my best to be on time, and if I am unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
